At Tvati, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one – which is why we’ve made our return policy as simple as possible.
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Claims for return or refund must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Goods and a copy of the invoice from which the Goods were supplied must be presented. Goods must be unopened and unused and in original condition (including packaging) to be eligible for a refund.
• If the Customer fails to notify Tvati LLC within said period, such claims are deemed to be waived.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of an item’s return, unless there was an error on our behalf.
• A restocking fee of $22 will apply to all returns.
• Items that are being returned (new/undamaged) are required to be returned in a padded parcel to protect the contents and be trackable.
• Tvati LLC must be contacted before returning goods and be issued with a return reference number.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to info@tvati.com, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note: You will be required to provide images within 24 hours of delivery, when making a claim for the below.

1. Upon receiving a return or exchange reference number, please label and post back the items to the below address: Tvati LLC Returns (INSERT RETURN ADDRESS)
2. Once we receive your item/s, we will send you an acknowledgment. Providing the item arrives in its unused, original condition, including intact packaging as received from us. Refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. Credit Card refunds will be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase). PayPal refunds will be refunded back to the original PayPal account.

HOW TO CLAIM
Step 1 – Contact us at info@tvati.com letting us know that you would like to take up the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) promise. Include in your message, your email details, contact phone number, and your order number.
Step 2 – Your claim will be processed and assessed by our MBG Claims team. Once approved your refund is submitted to our accounts team for processing. Please note it can take up to 7 business days for your claim to be processed.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE – TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The order must have been made on this website and have a valid order number.
• The refund will be made via the original payment method.
• Tvati Pet is only applicable on the 30 vial pack option
• A MBG claim can only be made for one opened unit once.
• Unopened units must be sent back to be eligible for MBG claim.
• Claims must be submitted via our Contact us page or you can email us via info@tvati.com
• Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving Tvati Pet
• MBG will only be honoured if the usage guidelines have been correctly followed.
• Typically, results are seen within 4 weeks, providing the guidelines have been correctly followed, however, advanced conditions may take longer to see results.
• The refund amount will be equal to, and not exceed, the total amount originally paid.
• A restocking fee of $22 will be deducted from any refunds processed
